General
Where is the hostel located?
Our hostel is located in the Hannover-Wülfel district at Hildesheimer Straße 380 – just a few minutes away from the Hannover Exhibition Grounds and the ZAG Arena. Thanks to excellent public transport links and proximity to the B6 and A37 federal roads, the hostel is ideally accessible for technicians, groups, business travelers, and vacationers alike. The city center and main train station can be reached comfortably in 15 to 20 minutes.

Is there a 24-hour reception on site?
Our hostel is actually a fully digitized establishment. However, the reception at our neighboring hotel is staffed 24/7 and provides you with the most important information and best tips about the hostel.
How much is the breakfast buffet?
The prices are as follows:
Adults: €24.50
Children 6–14 years: €9.50
Children 0–5 years: free of chargeNon-guests are also welcome for breakfast – at the same price.
When is breakfast available?
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM – on Sundays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Can I charge an electric car on site?
Yes, our video-monitored underground garage has 6 EV charging stations available for you. Equipped with, among other things, Tesla Wall Connectors, they each offer a charging capacity of 11 kW. Charging your electric car is already included in the parking fee—there are no additional costs.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces and underground parking spaces available (for a fee). An outdoor parking space costs €1.50 per started hour, but no more than €15.00 per day. Alternatively, we offer a locked, video-monitored underground garage for €25.00 per day.
Can I rent a bike?
Yes, you can borrow bikes for free at our reception – perfect for exploring Hannover in an active, eco-friendly, and budget-friendly way.
Is there a gym in the hostel?
Our hostel doesn’t have its own gym, but there are several options available nearby. Just ask us for details!
Is there a restaurant in the hostel?
No, our hostel doesn’t have its own restaurant. But our reception team will be happy to help you find a suitable restaurant or snack bar nearby.
What is the accommodation tax?

Are pets allowed to stay overnight at the hostel?
We’re a pet-friendly hostel and, especially for guests with dogs, we offer spacious exercise areas directly behind the building. We charge €10.00 per night, per pet. Please let us know before your stay that you’ll be bringing your pet.
Is the Wi‑Fi in the hostel free?
Yes, free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the hostel — just log in and start surfing.
Where are the nearest ATMs?
The nearest Sparkasse ATM is located in Fiedelerstraße. The nearest Volksbank ATM is located in Peinerstraße or in the Edeka Center Hippauf in Hildesheimer Straße 341.
Is there a communal kitchen or lounge?
We don’t currently offer a communal kitchen. You’ll find a common area on the first floor – with space for up to 10 people.
How much is a night?
Prices vary depending on room category and season, but start from around €30.00 per night per person. Breakfast is available for an extra charge (€24.50 per person / €9.50 per child).
Are there discounts for groups, students, or long-term guests?
Yes – our hostel is particularly group-friendly and regularly offers discounts for larger groups, students, and long-term stays.

Booking
What is the accommodation tax?

Can an invoice be issued to a company?
Yes, we’re happy to issue invoices in your company’s name. If you wish, billing via a cost assumption declaration is also possible. Simply provide us with the company details during booking or check-in.
How can I cancel my booking or reservation?
You can flexibly cancel or change your booking or reservation depending on the rate booked and the travel period. You can find the specific cancellation and prepayment conditions during the booking process as well as in your booking confirmation. For bookings made by phone, email, or via our website, please note the respective terms provided. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help you at any time.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with us in cash (€), by debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or contactless with Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you prefer, you can also pay in advance by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure
Can I drop off my luggage?
Luggage storage is available at reception at any time.
If I want to check out later than planned, can I request a late check-out?
If you’d like to use your room longer on the day of departure, just talk to us the evening before you leave. Late check-out may be available free of charge, depending on availability. Please note: If the room is not vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest, the hostel may charge half the room rate until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the full room rate for an additional night will be due.
If I arrive earlier than expected, can I request an early check-in?
If you arrive early, feel free to ask at reception for an early check-in. This is available free of charge, subject to availability. If your room isn’t ready yet, you can store your luggage for free at reception and start your day relaxed.
What time do I need to check out on the day of departure?
Please leave your room by 11:00 AM and either leave your key card in the room or drop it off at reception. If you’d like to use the room for longer, feel free to ask us at reception about a late check-out. Depending on availability, this may be free of charge or available for an extra fee.
What time can I check in on the day of arrival?
We guarantee check-in from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room isn’t ready yet, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at reception.
How do I get a taxi?

Rooms
Do you have allergy-friendly bedding?
Allergy-friendly bedding is available in all rooms upon request. As standard, all rooms come with feather-free pillows and mattress protectors.
Is there a crib or an extra bed in the room?
We are happy to provide a crib in your room free of charge (subject to availability). Just let us know in advance so we can get everything ready for you.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
We’re happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board free of charge (subject to availability). Just ask at our reception.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No, there is no air conditioning. All rooms have individually adjustable heating.
Are there accessible rooms?
No, unfortunately our hostel does not have accessible rooms. Upon request, we’d be happy to recommend nearby accommodations with accessible rooms.
What amenities do the room categories offer?
All rooms are simply and modernly furnished and offer: comfort mattresses, washbasin, desk & chair, free Wi-Fi, TV with radio function, fridge, in-room safe, and power outlets. Each category differs in the bathroom facilities: Basic rooms have a washbasin; you share the shower and toilet in the hallway. Economy rooms have a washbasin and a private shower; you share the toilet in the hallway. Comfort rooms have a private bathroom.
With us, everyone will find the right room category – ideal for fitters, groups, and short private breaks alike.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes – towels and bed linen are always included free of charge, no matter which room category you book. Our beds are also already made up, so there’s no extra effort for you.

What types of rooms do you offer?
We offer a wide range of room types – from single rooms to six-bed rooms, as private rooms or shared rooms / dorms. Ideal for backpackers, trade fair visitors, groups, and budget travelers.
Sleeping Pods
Is there breakfast for Sleeping Pods guests?
Yes, for an additional charge you can join the breakfast buffet. Please mention it when you enquire.
From how many people can I enquire?
There’s no minimum group size—just send us an enquiry. However, the Sleeping Pods are mainly intended for larger groups.
Are the Sleeping Pods always available?
No, the Sleeping Pods are set up as needed. Availability depends on whether the rooms are free. It’s best to inquire early.
Where are the Sleeping Pods?
In the event rooms right next door. Common areas, showers, and toilets are right on site.
What’s included in the Sleeping Pods?
A bed with bed linen, a lockable locker, and access to shared showers, toilets, and common rooms with TV.
Can I also book individual beds?
The Sleeping Pods are for groups. If you’re traveling alone or as a pair, check out our rooms.
Surroundings
How can I get there by public transport?
From Hannover Main Station, you can easily reach the Bed’nBudget Expo Hostel in about 15–20 minutes. By tram (üstra): Take Line 1 (towards Laatzen/Sarstedt) to the Wiehbergstraße stop. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
What’s the fastest way to get to the exhibition center?
You can reach the Hannover Exhibition Center from the hostel in just a few minutes, making it ideally located for trade fair visitors.
On foot: The exhibition grounds are only about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot in about 15–20 minutes.
By car or taxi: The drive takes about 5 minutes. There is plenty of parking available at the exhibition center.
Public transport: Take tram line 1 towards Laatzen/Sarstedt to Laatzen/Eichstraße; from there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the exhibition grounds.
What’s the fastest way to get to the Heinz von Heiden Arena?
You can reach the Heinz von Heiden Arena in about 25–30 minutes—perfect for football matches, concerts, and events.
By public transport: Take tram line 1 towards Langenhagen to Kröpcke, change there to line 3, 7, or 9 towards Wettbergen/Empelde, and ride to the Stadionbrücke stop. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the arena.
By car or taxi: The trip takes 15–20 minutes depending on traffic. Parking is available around the arena.
What is the fastest way to get to the ZAG Arena?
The ZAG Arena is located very close by and is quickly accessible, making it ideal for concerts or sporting events.
On foot: The arena is only about 1.5 km away and can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes on foot.
By car or taxi: The drive takes only 5 minutes, and parking is available at the arena.
By public transport: Take tram line 1 towards Laatzen/Sarstedt to Laatzen/Eichstraße. From there, it is about a 5-minute walk to the arena.
