You will receive your booking confirmation by email with everything you need to know – including the link to the digital registration form.
Fill in the registration form in advance
You can conveniently fill out the digital registration form before your arrival. Your room will then be ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM.
Check-in
Pay for your room at check-in by credit card, PayPal, or Wero. After that: get your room card, open the door, and settle in.
Check-out
Vacate your room by 11:00 AM and return your room card, if applicable. You will receive the invoice by email afterwards.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with us in cash (€), by debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or contactless with Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you prefer, you can also pay in advance by bank transfer.
What time can I check in on the day of arrival?
We guarantee check-in from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room isn’t ready yet, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at reception.
How can I cancel my booking or reservation?
You can flexibly cancel or change your booking or reservation depending on the rate booked and the travel period. You can find the specific cancellation and prepayment conditions during the booking process as well as in your booking confirmation. For bookings made by phone, email, or via our website, please note the respective terms provided. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help you at any time.
What time do I need to check out on the day of departure?
Please leave your room by 11:00 AM and either leave your key card in the room or drop it off at reception. If you’d like to use the room for longer, feel free to ask us at reception about a late check-out. Depending on availability, this may be free of charge or available for an extra fee.
If I arrive earlier than expected, can I request an early check-in?
If you arrive early, feel free to ask at reception for an early check-in. This is available free of charge, subject to availability. If your room isn’t ready yet, you can store your luggage for free at reception and start your day relaxed.
If I want to check out later than planned, can I request a late check-out?
If you’d like to use your room longer on the day of departure, just talk to us the evening before you leave. Late check-out may be available free of charge, depending on availability. Please note: If the room is not vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest, the hostel may charge half the room rate until 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM, the full room rate for an additional night will be due.
Can I drop off my luggage?
Luggage storage is available at reception at any time.
Can an invoice be issued to a company?
Yes, we’re happy to issue invoices in your company’s name. If you wish, billing via a cost assumption declaration is also possible. Simply provide us with the company details during booking or check-in.
What is the accommodation tax?
Since January 1, 2024, the state capital Hanover has been levying an accommodation tax as a local consumption tax, according to the accommodation tax ordinance. You can find more information here: serviceportal.hannover-stadt.de/Beherbergungsteuer
